Have you seen the new Star Trek Preview? I'm not even a trekkie, but I think I'm going to have to go to opening night for this one. The movie looks "sexed-up" and the effects look hawt. But whh with Winona Ryder? Isn't she to old to be in this movie? Oh shit. Above are two screen shots from "The Man Trap", an episode from the original series that I caught online last night. Gotta love those 60's rubber special effects. What a laugh.
The COLDEST two days thus far this season and my goddam heat goes out. I have been without heat for about 40 hours and the damage is DONE. Sniffly, sneezy, sore throat... and now I have to be a host to my Jap friends (from Kochi, not the UWS). And when I told TB and Artner that I had a cold, they both replied... you need a down comforter. Damn, what I need is some heat. The projeks got more heat than this shit. What a pity.
So, as I mentioned, I will have guests in from Japan beginning this evening. Thurs to Mon - that's just how they roll. Now I have to whip out the wig and the 'mono and get ready for some fan dances, again. I thought I left that life behind when I got out of the old country. Sex slavery bites. And when it does, sometimes you bruise. Oh wait, am I confusing my old life with this life. What a whore.
