BLACK PANDA's in hot turmoil this fall season. Boulder (or is it Denver?) has to continue selling sex via supermodelquins and NYC has to pimp art accessibly. Luckily there is CULTivate to there to make us happy... and famous. Now it's just time to make the paper from this ish. Cuz you know fabric paint and felt - not free. Not supermodelquin shit. No dots here.
Last night's dinner with guest stars Dirty Hairy, ODB (Old Dirty Bourgeois), and Ami was fab. What a way to end the summer and begin a new season of May December. I see fame in our future!
This is a picture of Harry Potter the cat. She was given to Dumbledore by a psychiatric nurse practitioner that rescued her from dumpster living. Now Harry Potter has two homes, two dads, but only one nana. She's ril cute and all, but what's with the peek-a-boo games at 5am? Don make me curse you Potter!
Whh was I'm still under the stairs, but this time sans-favela-ela-ela. Are you checking out my Japanese YOYOYO shirt (a HK edit) and the new gold/black Reebok hi-tops? I'm gonna start building the empire soon. It's gonna be the Order of the Phoenix out this bitch.
Whh was I'm Kabuki Kitty and he's Mr. Tofu Head. Whh?! And don't forget about our Le Corbusier chair. It complements Tofu's glasses (he's not wearing them right now). Yeah, when we hang we fight over orange onigiri and get all Circus de Soleil out this bitch. It's a lifestyle you know you want.
So, while I did like "Julie and Julia", I still think that it is the BOOTLEG "The Hours". I mean, parallel stories, women through the ages... sounds bootleg to me.
Tonite, we're goin for FURUNCH - thanks to the movie. BOOF BOYING ON... I hope it's not bootleg.
...
Whh was, FDP thought it would be cute to call the movie that I wanted to see a redo - redux-ion - bootleg too. And so he called GI JOE the bootleg "Nutcracker" - cuz it's about a doll that comes to life.
Don't call it a comeback!
...
And finally, I have to mention here an aesthetical happening that I came across.
One of the reasons that I love living in NY is that you never know when you'll come across ballet dancers performing to Radiohead. Love it. Enjoy!
OMG, I stalk drag queens. It's horrible, but as you may know, BLACK PANDA needs a REASON TO LIVE.
Last night I collected another queen to add to my collection - none other than the winner of RuPaul's Drag Race herself, Ms. BeBe Zahara Benet.
If you had not known, BeBe is the subject of a documentary that is three years in the making. The filmmakers staged a benefit on the Bowery to finance their project. Cover was $10, but the meeting of a superstar was invaluable.
BeBe's first masqueraded performance was very 3D as she hopped off the satge to meet and greet the very die hard BeBe fans that braved torrential downpour to make the event. Does anyone know what song this is?
After that first prance BeBe zipped away for a quick wardrobe change and come back with a heat-wrenching rendition of "The Greatest Love of All" by Whitney.
She turned it out with that head piece ensemble.
It was only a matter of time before my stalkerdom would reach another notch on the scary scale. And when the time came, I had to do it FACE FACE FACE style.
BeBe loved the shirt, which was inspired by her "rhyme" from Drag Race. She thought it was "too gay".
Me: BeBe, I'm afraid it's too big...
BeBe: What do you mean?
Me: The Shirt... I'm afraid it won't be cute on you...
BeBe: Oh oh, I will put stones on it...
Me: Work it out...
BeBe (to her documentarian): Did you see the shirt he made...?!?!
A philanthropist at heart, FDP/SQBF helped to raise more money for the documentary by bidding and winning two items in the silent auction - one of which was BeBe's book "Bella Donna".
So, you know when we won, we had to get it signed...but of course.
Yes, I think she thought I was crazay.
But I'm not. The question still remains, though - who will be the next queen to collect? I already have Nina, Akashia, and BeBe... I'm going to Asia next.
Ms. Ongina girl, this Drag Queen Stalker 4 RIL got your number.
Deuteronomy Madrid is one of the many personalities of your beloved, queer author. The moniker of "Deuteronomy" (the fifth book of The Bible) was adopted because of the author's fascination and respect for Jewish males all over. DM's family includes such notables as Bleekah-Madison Madrid, Niimura Katsutoshi, Yuko Propaganda, and Lexicon Reyes. He has worked for the Fergie, the Dutchess of York, not the humpy hip-hopstress, and is credited as the cover designer for her fabulous diet book, Energy Breakthrough.
